Another lovely day at the club, where the rain held off. The work has continued in the woods, and it’s really starting to pay off, with 4 stands all shooting very well in what was once a very dense woodland, it looks like a well managed woodland now!

In the Sporting competition, the layout was easier than it has been for some time, with all but two shooters with a handicap making ‘par’ 95. Well done to Ben Morris with an excellent 97, followed by Lee Pitman on 95, these two way ahead of 3rd place Leon Clifton and Mick Greyson on 89.
In the handicap competition Mike Hendy shot 82, to make 113, followed by James Heelan 81 + 30 111, and Leon Clifton 89+19 108
