22nd October Sporting Scores

Another great day at the club, with lots of sunshine, but it’s defiantly autumn with today’s windy and chilly at times shoot. Birds may vary is an oft heard statement in sporting clays, and today’s wind made that very much the case.   Despite any variances,  there were some PB’s achieved.

High Gun was won by Mark Coburn 92, followed by Ben Morris 91, and then a big gap back to 85 for Mark Whillier.  In the Handicap competition, Jim Nolan hit and excellent 111 ( 70+41 ), followed by Mark Coburn  110 (93+18), and 3rd place completing the podium was Merrick James 109 (66+43).
