Another fine day at the club, with the weather continuing to hold, and allow us to get around the ground without wellies or waterproofs – long may that last!
Today was the first of 4 Sporting selection shoots for the Island Games, results to follow on a separate post.
The layout was a challenge today with this lowest (member) high gun for some time, won with 79 by Lee Pitman, followed by Ollie Hughes 77 and Colin Grimes 3rd on 76. In the club handicap competition, Chris Beesley collected 104 ( 72+32 ) for first place followed by Duncan Heenan (58+43) and 3rd Fred Penny (70+30)
