7th May Scores

After a chilly start, the sun shone at the club and the grounds warmed up well for the last shooters shooting another tough layout. Not too tough for Ben Morris though who shot an excellent 92, followed by Lee Pitman with 88, and Leon Clifton on 87. In the handicap competition, Howard Yates was the winner with 79+31 (110) followed by a big group in joint 2nd, all scoring 105 Paul Dempsey (85+20), Mike Hendy (78+27), Roy Vivash (75+30), Rob Butcher (74+31) and Maz Lazell (45+60). Well done all for our closest handicap finish ever.

This was the last of the Sporting Spring Series, the winners will be calculated this evening, and new handicaps and club classifications calculated for tomorrow.
