Spring Series Final Results

It’s the end of the Sporting Spring Series, and after a closely fought battle once again, Mark Whillier has won the Overall High Gun prize, with a total of 415 counting hits ( you get to discard your worst score from the 6 shoots that make up the series). Mark has been very consistent and was able to ‘drop’ a 79! Lee Pitman was 2nd place with 408, and Mark Coburn 3rd with 384.

In the Handicap competition,(points based 1 point for a win, 2 for 2nd etc. discard your worst result) Kevin Wheeler shot really well over the last 6 shoots, to win with 16 points ( 1, 7, 3, 4,1,12) Winning twice was excellent, though you might expect to see his handicap of 41 tumble for the Summer Series. Mike Bolan was 2nd, (7,4,1,8,6,6) and Mark Whillier 3rd, reflecting the great form he’s been having recently. (16, 1, 7,1,12,3)
