2nd March Sporting Scores

With the landslip cleared away ( or at least a path dug though it ! ) the ground was wet but very shootable today. With an excellent set up, in particular some great targets in the woods. It was good to welcome visitors from the mainland today, who commented on how much improved the ground was.

The scores today were well distributed, but Leon Clifton won the High Gun with 86, followed by Mick Gregson 85, and Neil Gurney/Mark Whillier tied for 3rd (83). In the Club Handicap competition, Duncan Heenan 67 (+46) lead the way, followed by Fred Penney 72 (+34), with Mick Gregson 85 (+18), and Chris Beesley 66 (+37) tied for 3rd.
