Rob Gale was today’s top shot at the opening round of the Sporting Summer Series with 85, followed by Mark Coburn on 84 and Tom Marsh equal 2nd, and Mike Bolan on 83 in 4th place. In the Handicap competition Phil Strickland’s 77 + 29 was good enough for 1st place with 106, followed by Rob Gale 85 + 17, 102, and third was Jim Dempsey 78 + 21, 99.
