Sporting Scores 2nd June 2019
Towards the end of a clear and sunny set up, a sea mist rolled across the ground from the south side of the island, and never really fully burnt off. Luckily some high targets were still visible, and came with the useful excuse to miss them in the mist! To kick the summer series off,
Sporting Spring Series 2019
Well done to the 60 different members who took part in the Spring Championship this year, 12 of you attended all 6 shoots. Great shooting from Mark Coburn gave him 1st overall with a corrected score of 394, followed by Daryl Langdon with 391, both far ahead of the rest, with 3rd place going to Mike Hendy

It was another Ben Morris show of strength today, taking High Gun with 92, followed by Daryl Langdon on 89, and Mike Hendy was 3rd on 87. A beautiful day for shooting today, especially in the sunshine. The sporting shoot was for the veteran and non-veteran shields. Ben Morris once again found the course to his liking taking the high gun with 89, just ahead of top Veteran ( and winner of the shield ) Mike Bolan 87 ( his score

Winter 18/19 Sporting Series
We’ve had another great sporting winter series, with 6 great shoots. A really good turn out of members – total of 66 members shot at least one shoot. 15 shot all 6 shoots to take advantage of the discard. There was a clear High Gun winner with Ben Morris taking 1st place by 42 hits
