Sporting Results 16th Feb 2014

The Spring Sporting Series got off to a good start in the kind of weather we’d have hoped for after the storms of the last few weeks.

* * * Correction * * * In fact the 16th of Feb shoot ( as per the official calendar) was not part of the Spring Sporting Series – sorry for any confusion.

Conditions clearly favoured Mike Bolan who shot an exceptional 89, Mick Gregson’s 87 was worthy of 2nd and Steve Donson came home in 3rd with 86.

In the Handicap competition, Jim Dempsey was the winner, with Paul Dempsey 2nd, and Mike Bolan and Mick Gregson tied for 3rd ( a reflection of their extraordinary scores today.
